1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in our online shop by consumers in accordance with the definition in § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.

The contract is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT, where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.

Free shipping may be offered for certain order amounts or promotions.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via the methods available during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

Payment must be made in advance. Orders will be processed after successful payment.

6. Delivery and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

No shipping on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

• Austria & Germany: 5–7 business days

• Europe: 7–12 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance and local carriers)

Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to external circumstances such as customs checks or holidays.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party receives the goods.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important: Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if the seal was broken after delivery.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages due to slight negligence – except for injury to life, body, or health.

 

11. Data Protection

We process your personal data only in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], in compliance with the GDPR.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this applies only to the extent that no mandatory legal provisions of the country in which they reside are restricted.
